Taneka McCoy founded Transformation Collaborative Empowerment Services because she has a passion for working with women and children to assist them in understanding and transitioning through the barriers they experience in their lives. She's licensed to serve clients in North Carolina, Ohio, Michigan, and Texas. Taneka is a Qualified Supervisor for NCBLCMHC.

LaKeisha Norrils handles all billing and insurance for staff and clients. Some insurances Transformation Collaborative works with are Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare and Medicaid.
