FAQ

What is counseling?
Counseling is a collaboration between counselor and client.

What can I expect at a counseling session?
We strive to make the counseling atmosphere relaxed, comfortable, and free from judgment.

Does what we talk about in therapy remain confidential?

Confidentiality is one of the most important components between a client and a psychotherapist. Successful therapy requires high trust with highly sensitive subject matter that is usually not discussed anywhere but the therapist's office.

What if I need to cancel my counseling session?
There is no charge for any session canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
